- OpenLoop Health — our clinical partner — provides the licensed provider network and pharmacy coordination. Your health intake and relevant personal information are shared with the OpenLoop platform to facilitate prescribing and fulfillment.
- Compounding Pharmacy — your prescription and shipping information is transmitted electronically to our pharmacy partner to prepare and ship your medication.
- Payment Processors — payment information is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
- Service Providers — we may share limited information with vendors who support our operations (e.g., email delivery, analytics) under contractual obligations that prohibit further use or disclosure.
We do not sell your personal information or health data to any third party for any purpose.
4. Health Information
Your health information is handled with care under applicable law. To the extent that HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) applies to the healthcare providers in our network, your Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
