Is there really no subscription?

Correct — no subscription, no automatic billing. Each order is a one-time purchase. If you want to refill, you return to your account and place a new order. Nothing will be charged without your explicit action.

How do refills work?

When you're approaching the end of your supply, you'll receive a reminder from your care team. Log into your account, confirm your refill, and check out. Your clinician may request an updated health check before re-prescribing — this is typically a quick async message, not a full new intake.

Can I get a refund if I stop treatment?

Compounded medications cannot be returned or resold once dispensed, as per pharmacy regulations. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — see our refund policy for details. We don't trap you with a subscription, so you choose your supply length before purchasing.

How do I use my FSA or HSA?

At checkout, enter your FSA or HSA card just like a regular payment card. If your plan requires a Letter of Medical Necessity or itemized receipt for reimbursement, we provide both in your account after each order. Contact your plan administrator to confirm eligibility before purchasing.

When will Afterpay and Affirm be available?

We're integrating Afterpay and Affirm — both are targeted for availability later in 2026. We'll notify patients when these options go live. In the meantime, FSA/HSA effectively provides a similar benefit if you fund your account in advance.

Are there any fees I haven't mentioned?

No. The price you see on this page covers the assessment, medication, supplies, and shipping. There are no separate consultation fees, platform fees, or membership charges. If your state requires a live synchronous telehealth visit (rather than async review), we'll notify you before you pay — that's the only scenario where additional coordination may be required.
